Junior PMO Analyst

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior PMO Analyst to support the delivery of a fast paced Finance Transformation Programme for our prestigious client.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone early in their PMO or project support career, looking to gain hands-on experience within a dynamic transformation environment and move into a Project Management role.

You will work closely with project/Programme Managers, finance teams, and stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting, risk management, and governance practices are upheld. This role requires excellent organisational skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

Responsibilities -

• Support day-to-day project governance and coordination across workstreams within the finance transformation programme
• Maintain and update RAID logs (Risks, Assumptions, Issues, Dependencies) ensuring timely escalation and resolution
• Prepare and distribute weekly status reports, dashboards, and progress updates for stakeholders
• Assist with the preparation of programme governance meetings, including agendas, actions, and minutes
• Track project milestones, dependencies, and deliverables
• Support stakeholder communication and engagement plans
• Ensure project documentation is maintained and aligned with PMO standards
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support delivery objectives

THIS ROLE REQUIRES 3 DAYS PER WEEK ON CLIENT SITE IN LONDON AND IS UMBRELLA ONLY
