Mid-Level Employment & Incentives Associate | Leading US Law Firm

I'm working with a top‑tier US practice that has quickly built a standout reputation in the London market. Over the past five years, the team has risen steadily through the Legal 500 rankings and is now looking to add a talented Associate to support continued growth.

The Role

You'll work at the intersection of corporate activity and remuneration strategy, with responsibilities including:

• Advising on incentive and remuneration issues arising from mergers, takeovers, IPOs, capital raisings, restructurings and other major transactions
• Designing, implementing and operating global equity and cash‑based incentive arrangements
• Providing ongoing advisory support to public and private companies on remuneration structures, governance and compliance
• Working on senior executive appointments, departures and related high‑profile personnel matters
• Collaborating closely with corporate, tax, employment and regulatory colleagues across the UK, US and Europe on multi‑jurisdictional matters
• Acting as an integrated member of deal teams, providing commercially grounded, time‑sensitive advice

Client Base

The work spans fast‑growth start‑ups operating EMI and growth share plans through to large, publicly listed multinationals with complex, global all‑employee schemes, offering broad exposure and sophisticated technical challenges.

What We're Looking For

• 2-5 PQE in incentives, remuneration or share plans (flexible for strong candidates)
• Strong exposure to incentives issues within corporate transactions
• Solid understanding of governance, regulatory and remuneration requirements
• Confidence working with sophisticated clients and fast‑moving deal teams
