We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and customer service focused IT Support Technicians to join our clients fast-paced team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the support desk by answering calls, chats, and resolving IT issues
- Provide excellent service to a varied client base and escalate tickets when needed
- Work with Microsoft 365, Azure, and network troubleshooting
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Strong knowledge of the Microsoft ecosystem (Windows, 365, Azure)
- Experience with network troubleshooting
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast-paced environment
- Proven troubleshooting abilities
- Excellent communication skills
It would be advantageous if you have previous experience working in a MSP environment.
