Head of Product - 12-Month FTC
Location: Hybrid (Home-based with up to one day per week in Central London)

We are looking for an experienced Head of Product to lead a broad product portfolio for a purpose-driven organisation, on a 12-month fixed-term contract. This position has arisen due to an internal move, with strong potential for future opportunities beyond the initial term.

You'll be responsible for setting product direction and driving the delivery of a diverse digital product portfolio aligned to medical and research outcomes, with particular emphasis on advancing innovation through AI and data analytics. This is a leadership role focused on portfolio ownership, working across disciplines to shape strategy, optimise delivery, and ensure business value is delivered.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head of Product (essential), managing a complex digital product portfolio

• Commercially minded, with a strong focus on product performance and user value

• Experienced in stakeholder engagement, product optimisation, and roadmap ownership

• Able to lead at pace and add immediate value in a fixed-term contract setting

• Confident operating across senior leadership levels

Additional Information:

• Hybrid role - up to 1 day per week in Central London office

• Two-stage interview process: virtual with Director of Products, followed by a face-to-face panel
