The Role

• Lead and develop the finance function, ensuring robust controls and reporting
• Business partnering and financial reporting
• Partner closely with senior leadership, including the CEO
• Drive improvements across systems, processes, and reporting
• Provide meaningful insight to support business growth and decision making
• Play a key role in shaping the future finance strategy

About You

• Fully qualified Accountant
• Proven experience in a Financial Controller or senior finance role
• Strong systems expertise and a passion for improving processes
• Commercially minded, with the confidence to influence and challenge
• Ambitious and motivated by progression and growth opportunities

Salary is £70,000 - £75,000 Hybrid working and excellent benefits
