Henderson Scott Accountancy & Finance are working with a collaborative Brighton based Professional Services firm who are looking for their next Finance Manager. As Finance Manager you will oversee all aspects of finance, you will be working closely with the Board assisting with the delivery of the strategy and vision of the firm and supporting the longer term development of the business.

Duties of the Finance Manager/Financial Controller will include
Preparing and presenting monthly management accounts
Assisting with the annual budget setting process
Reconciling Balance sheets
Preparing and submitting VAT returns
Processing the payroll
Over seeing the purchase and sales ledger
Successful applicants will have recent experience in a similar role, be comfortable supervising, have a commercial outlook and sound accounting experience. This is a hybrid role with three days in the office and two working from home.
