A leading regional firm is seeking a 3-5 PQE Family Solicitor to join its Southampton team, working closely with a highly regarded Partner.

This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-net-worth matrimonial finance and complex private children matters, including cases involving trusts, business assets, foreign assets and pensions.

The Role

• Support a Partner on complex HNW financial remedy matters

• Build and manage your own varied caseload

• Handle divorce, separation, cohabitation and nuptial agreements

• Advise on complex financial structures and private children matters

• Contribute to business development and meet financial targets

• Maintain exceptional client care and professional standards

About You

You will demonstrate:

• Strong technical expertise in family law

• Experience with complex financial remedy work

• Excellent drafting and communication skills

• Strategic thinking and commercial awareness

• Confidence, initiative and strong time management

• A team-oriented approach

Experience supporting marketing and business development initiatives is desirable.
