A leading regional firm is looking to recruit a 3+ PQE Family Solicitor to join its Winchester team, working closely with a highly regarded Partner.

This role offers exposure to high-net-worth matrimonial finance and complex private children matters, providing excellent quality work and clear progression.

The Role

• Support a Partner on complex HNW financial remedy cases

• Assist on private children matters

• Develop and manage your own caseload

• Contribute to business development and meet financial targets

• Maintain exceptional client care and technical standards

About You

You will have experience in:

• Divorce and separation

• Complex financial remedy work

• Cohabitation and nuptial agreements

• Private children law

You'll be technically strong, commercially aware, confident with clients and comfortable working in a high-performing team.
