Family Solicitor (2+ PQE) | Oxford

A well-regarded and expanding law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor (2+ years PQE) to join its busy Oxford office.

The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload of privately funded family matters, including divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, cohabitation disputes, and pre-/post-nuptial agreements. The role offers exposure to a broad range of work, including more complex and high-net-worth matters, within a supportive and forward-thinking team.

Key Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years' post-qualification experience in family law
• Strong client care skills and the ability to build rapport quickly
• Experience handling private family work with minimal supervision
• A constructive and professional approach to dispute resolution
• Enthusiasm for business development and networking (preferred but not essential)
