The Role
We are seeking a 3+ PQE Family Solicitor to join the Children and Divorce team. You will manage a varied caseload, including both private law and public law children matters, divorce, and financial settlements, working closely with partners and senior colleagues. This is an opportunity to develop your expertise, handle complex cases, and contribute to a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise clients on divorce, separation, financial settlements, cohabitation, and child arrangements.
• Conduct court work, including hearings, mediations, and client consultations.
• Draft and review legal documentation, including agreements, applications, and court orders.
• Manage cases independently while collaborating on more complex matters.
• Contribute to business development and maintaining excellent client relationships.

The Candidate

• 3+ PQE in Family Law, with experience in Children and Divorce matters.
• Strong advocacy and drafting skills.
• Ability to manage client relationships professionally and sensitively.
