A growing Brighton law firm is seeking an experienced Family Solicitor to join its supportive Family team, handling exclusively privately funded matters with a client-focused approach.

The Role

Manage a varied caseload including:

• Divorce, separation, cohabitation, and civil partnership disputes

• Financial remedy proceedings

• Prenuptial and Cohabitation Agreements

• Private law children cases

Responsibilities:

• Handling client enquiries and building relationships

• Drafting legal documents and court applications

• Providing advocacy where needed

• Supporting business development

• Mentoring junior colleagues

• Maintaining compliance and client care standards

Candidate Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with 3-4+ years' PQE (less considered if able to manage own caseload)

• Strong technical knowledge of family law

• Excellent client care and communication skills

• Organised, detail-focused, and confident under pressure
