Family Solicitor - Milton Keynes

As a Family Solicitor at Neves Solicitors, you'll manage your own caseload of family law matters, providing clear, compassionate, and practical advice to clients. You'll work closely with colleagues in a collaborative environment, with access to modern systems and resources. Typical work will include divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and cohabitation matters. You'll have the autonomy to run your own files while benefiting from the guidance and knowledge of our highly experienced team.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Advising clients on a full range of family law issues including divorce, financial settlements, child arrangements, and cohabitation matters
• Managing your own files from initial instruction through to resolution, ensuring deadlines are met and compliance is maintained
• Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, and other professionals to progress cases effectively

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law
• Confident in managing your own caseload from start to finish
• Strong client communication skills, with a clear and empathetic approach
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience in using case management systems (preferred but not essential)

• Salary: £45,000-£55,000 per annum
