Family Solicitor

You will manage a varied caseload of privately funded family matters, providing high-quality advice and representation to clients. Typical work will include divorce and separation, financial remedy proceedings, child arrangements and Children Act applications, cohabitation disputes, and pre- and post-nuptial agreements.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Advise and represent clients across a wide range of family law matters
• Draft legal documents, correspondence, and agreements
• Manage your own caseload with appropriate supervision and support
• Attend client meetings, court hearings, and negotiations as required
• Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the best client outcomes
• Maintain accurate case records and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

We're Looking For:

• A qualified Solicitor at any PQE level with experience in family law
• Strong client-care and communication skills
• Ability to manage a varied caseload independently while working as part of a team
• A constructive and empathetic approach to resolving family matters
• Commitment to ongoing professional development
