Family Solicitor

You'll be working closely with the Partner and wider team, managing a varied caseload of privately funded family law matters. From divorce and separation to financial settlements and children issues, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality legal support and client care.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Handling cases involving divorce, cohabitation, civil partnerships, and private law children matters
• Drafting legal documents including Court Applications, Prenuptial and Cohabitation Agreements
• Engaging with clients and third parties via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings
• Supporting business development through networking, article writing, and client engagement

We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (privately funded matters preferred)
• Strong drafting and communication skills
• Ability to manage caseloads independently while collaborating with the wider team
• Commitment to client care and professional standards
• Experience supervising junior staff or a willingness to develop in that area
