We are working with a top-tier, award-winning London law firm to recruit an experienced Family Solicitor to join its highly regarded family team.


The firm has an outstanding reputation for handling complex family litigation and negotiated outcomes, combining rigorous legal strategy with a genuinely client-focused approach. It acts for a diverse client base including private individuals, public figures, NGOs, and international clients, and is consistently recognised by the legal directories.


The Opportunity


This is an excellent opportunity to join a first-class family law team and build a high-quality caseload spanning:

  • Divorce and financial remedies
  • Private law children matters
  • TOLATA claims
  • Domestic and international family issues


You will work closely with experienced partners and specialists on matters that require sound judgement, technical excellence, and exceptional client care, within a supportive and collaborative environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage cases efficiently and strategically to a high professional standard
  • Deliver exemplary client service, with clear and timely communication
  • Provide some supervision and support to junior team members
  • Contribute to business development and the wider profile of the department
  • Maintain a proactive, solutions-focused approach to complex family matters

Skills & Experience Required


Essential:

  • Qualified solicitor with 4+ years' PQE in family law
  • Strong academic background
  • Resolution membership
  • Proven experience in divorce and financial remedies, and private law children work
  • Excellent client-care skills and a collaborative, professional mindset


Desirable:

  • Specialist family law accreditation
