An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Family Solicitor (4+ PQE) to join a highly regarded, forward-thinking practice in London. This is a full-time, permanent role offering a high-quality caseload, career progression, and the chance to work alongside leading experts in the field.

The Role

You will play a key role within a dynamic Family Department, managing your own varied caseload while contributing to the continued growth and success of the team. The role covers the full spectrum of private family law, with a particular focus on:

• Divorce and separation
• Complex financial remedies
• Private law children matters
• Cohabitation disputes and TOLATA claims
• Nuptial agreements

Experience or interest in cross-border children work is advantageous but not essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing specialist legal advice and representation across a broad range of family law matters
• Conducting advocacy at hearings where appropriate
• Drafting persuasive legal documents including applications, witness statements, and pleadings
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, colleagues, and referral partners
• Demonstrating commercial awareness through effective billing, case management, and cost control
• Contributing to the firm's reputation for excellence through high standards of client care

About You

• 4+ years' PQE with solid experience in private family law
• Strong academic background and proven track record as a solicitor
• Resolution membership or specialist accreditation is desirable
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and advocacy skills
• Commercially astute with strong time management and organisational skills
• Committed to professional development and staying updated with changes in family law
• A collaborative team player with exceptional client care skills
