You'll work with a specialist family law firm known for its non-confrontational approach to divorce, child arrangements, and financial settlements. Based in Cheam, you'll handle meaningful cases while benefiting from a collaborative environment and clear progression opportunities.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Advising clients on divorce, separation, child arrangements, and financial matters
• Managing your own caseload with sensitivity and professionalism
• Drafting legal documents and correspondence with clarity and precision
• Representing clients in negotiations and, where necessary, court proceedings

We're looking for:

• Qualified Solicitor with 5PQE+ in family law
• Strong communication and client care skills
• Ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines
• Commitment to constructive, amicable resolutions
• Familiarity with relevant family law procedures and regulations
