The Role - Family Solicitor - Private Children & Financial Remedy

• Assist on complex and high-value family law cases under the guidance of a senior solicitor
• Manage a personal caseload of private children, financial remedy, and Inheritance Act matters
• Handle client meetings, legal drafting, and court preparation with administrative support
• Deliver clear, practical legal advice to clients facing sensitive family situations
• Ensure compliance with internal processes, deadlines, and client service standards

We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with 1-3 years' PQE in family law
• Experience in private children work and/or financial provision on divorce
• Excellent communication and drafting skills, with high attention to detail
• A proactive, confident approach to managing cases independently and as part of a team
• A genuine interest in family law and client-focused legal service
