  • Innovative client service initiatives designed to streamline cases and improve outcomes

Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will:

  • Be a qualified solicitor or legal executive with substantial experience in family law, including complex financial remedy and children's matters
  • Have a track record of managing or contributing to the management of a successful family team, with experience supervising fee earners and support staff
  • Demonstrate strong business development skills and a well-established professional network
  • Be committed to the principles of the Resolution Code of Practice and a collaborative client-focused approach
  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with creativity and a "human first" mindset
  • Hold, or be working towards, relevant family law accreditations (desirable but not essential)

What the Firm Offers

  • A competitive remuneration package aligned with experience
  • Hybrid and flexible working arrangements to support work-life balance
  • An inclusive, diverse, and supportive culture guided by clear values
  • Extensive opportunities for career progression and leadership development
  • Comprehensive benefits including generous leave, private medical insurance, income protection, life assurance, bonus scheme, and pension plan
