An excellent opportunity has arisen for a skilled and motivated Family Solicitor to join a highly respected and growing private practice law firm based in Enfield, North London. This is a collaborative and client-focused team, known for its work on complex financial remedy and private children law cases, often involving high and ultra-high net worth clients. The role is suited to a solicitor with 3+ years PQE, looking to take the next step in their career with a firm that values both legal excellence and long-term professional growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, and private children cases
• Advise on matters involving substantial assets, including business interests, overseas property, trusts, and inherited wealth
• Draft and negotiate pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements
• Represent clients at court hearings, private FDRs, and roundtable meetings
• Work collaboratively with senior colleagues and counsel on complex, high-value cases
• Provide practical, empathetic advice to clients navigating emotionally charged situations
• Support firm-wide business development and contribute to ongoing departmental growth

Candidate Profile

• UK-qualified solicitor with at least 3 years PQE in private family law
• Strong experience handling financial remedy and private children matters
• Comfortable dealing with high net worth clients and sensitive financial disclosures
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client care skills
• Confident, professional, and highly organised with a proactive attitude
• Advocacy experience and/or Higher Rights of Audience (or interest in obtaining) are advantageous
