The Role - Family Solicitor

• Manage a varied caseload of private and public family matters, including divorce, child arrangements, and care proceedings
• Represent clients in court, negotiations, and all stages of family proceedings
• Work closely with colleagues across the team, including solicitors and paralegals
• Maintain compliance with Legal Aid Agency processes (where relevant)
• Deliver clear, empathetic legal advice to clients, often in sensitive or complex circumstances

We're Looking For

• A qualified Solicitor with experience in family law (NQ+ considered)
• A confident communicator with strong client care skills
• Experience in either private family matters (e.g. divorce, financial relief, children) or public law (e.g. care proceedings)
• Familiarity with court procedures and legal aid processes is an advantage
• A team player with a proactive, professional approach
