    🔑 Key Responsibilities

    As our new Family Law Solicitor, you will:

    • Run your own varied caseload covering:

      • Divorce & separation

      • Financial settlements

      • Child arrangements & parental disputes

      • Cohabitation issues

      • Prenuptial & postnuptial agreements

    • Provide expert legal advice tailored to clients' personal circumstances

    • Mentor and supervise junior team members (where applicable)

    • Build and maintain strong client relationships and referral networks

    • Contribute to the firm's business development and growth initiatives

    • Stay ahead of developments in UK family law and apply best practices


    🧩 About You

    • Qualified UK Solicitor with 4-6 years post-qualification experience (PQE) in family law

    • Demonstrated expertise in financial remedy and children law matters

    • Strong communication and client care skills - empathetic, professional, and proactive

    • Commercially minded, with a history of practice development and client retention

    • Confident in managing a busy and complex caseload independently

    • Tech-savvy and experienced with legal case management systems
