Family Associate/Senior Associate

You'll join a Legal 500 and Chambers UK-ranked Family team in Guildford, working with high-calibre colleagues on complex, sensitive and high-value cases. You'll advise a varied client base - from international entrepreneurs to professionals in the sports and entertainment sectors - on all aspects of family law.
Your day-to-day will include:

• Advising clients on mid to high-value matrimonial finance and private child law matters
• Managing divorce, separation, cohabitee issues and civil partnership disputes
• Drafting and negotiating pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Supporting the wider Personal Wealth and Families Group with an integrated, client-focused service

We're Looking For

• A qualified solicitor, ideally 3-8PQE, with solid experience in family law
• Proven ability in handling financial remedy and private children cases
• Personable, professional, and able to work both collaboratively and independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals is advantageous
