The Opportunity - Family Associate (2 to 4 PQE)

You'll be joining a highly regarded Family team acting for a broad and often high-profile client base, including household names, A-list talent, founders, entrepreneurs and individuals from the finance and investment sectors. The work is complex, high-value and frequently international.

The caseload spans the full spectrum of private family law, including:

• High-value financial disputes, often involving international or offshore assets
• Private children matters (domestic and international)
• Financial provision claims for children
• Cohabitation disputes
• Pre- and post-nuptial agreements
• Sensitive matters involving reputation management considerations

The Ideal Candidate

The firm is looking for an associate with 2 to 4 PQE and strong academic foundations. You will have trained and gained experience at a reputable family practice and bring a demonstrable ability to work on complex, high-value matters. A proactive approach, adaptability and confidence in handling a varied, premium caseload are essential.
