Residential Conveyancer - Chatham
Level: 3+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, DOE

A respected Kent firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join it's Chatham office, supporting a collaborative and approachable team.

The Role
Work will include:

• Freehold & leasehold sales/purchases

• Re-mortgages, transfers of equity, and refinancing

• Help to Buy and shared ownership matters

• Title checks, searches, and enquiries

• Landlord/tenant relations, lease renewals, deeds of surrender

• Acquisitions and sales of businesses

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQE

• Able to manage files independently from start to finish

• Excellent communication and approachable client care

• Well-organised and proactive in a busy environment
