Residential Conveyancer - Tonbridge
Level: 3+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, DOE

A well-established Kent law firm is looking for a skilled Residential Conveyancer to join its Tonbridge office and contribute to a supportive, client-focused team.

The Role
You will handle:

• Freehold and leasehold sales/purchases

• Re-mortgages and transfers of equity

• Shared ownership, Help to Buy, and refinancing

• Title checks, searches, and enquiries

• Landlord/tenant matters, lease renewals, deeds of surrender

• Acquisitions and disposals of businesses

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer, 3+ PQE

• Confident running own caseload from start to finish

• Friendly, professional, and approachable

• Well-organised, detail-focused, and proactive
