Residential Conveyancer - Gravesend
Level: 3+ PQE
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Competitive, DOE

A friendly and respected firm is seeking a Residential Conveyancer to join its Gravesend office, working within a supportive and collaborative environment.

The Role
Your caseload will include:

• Sales and purchases (freehold & leasehold)

• Transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and refinancing

• Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters

• Stamp duty procedures, title checks, searches, and enquiries

• Landlord/tenant matters, lease renewals, deeds of surrender

• Business acquisitions and sales

Candidate Requirements

• Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with 3+ PQE

• Experienced managing cases independently

• Strong communication skills with a client-focused approach

• Highly organised and proactive in a busy environment
