About this role

Key purpose of role:

As an Enterprise Business Development Representative, you play a crucial role in growing our sales pipeline. Your primary responsibility will be to create meetings and generate new sales opportunities by responding to inbound leads and delivering outbound activities into large and complex organisations. This role requires a proactive individual who is passionate about sales, technology, and delivering exceptional customer experiences. Key duties and responsibilities:

* Strategic Outbound: Deliver outbound calls, emails and social media activity into potential clients across multiple stakeholders, introducing them to our range of products and services. In addition, this role will actively participate in key vendor pipeline driving activities.
* Inbound Lead Management: Promptly respond to inbound leads, providing relevant information and addressing customer needs.
* Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between potential clients and our sales teams, ensuring a smooth transition and handover.
* Customer Engagement: Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and positioning our solutions effectively.
* Market Research: Continuously refine/optimise lead generation strategies by staying up to date * with competitor activity, and market opportunities across several key industries.
* Reporting: Prepare regular reports on lead generation activities, pipeline created, and account engagement metrics.

Core skills and behaviours:

* Skills: Strong communication, active listening, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
* Technical Knowledge: A strong understanding of Apple products, including Mac, iPad, iPhone, and related software and services. Ability to articulate technical information to non-technical customers.
* Self-Motivated: Highly motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
* Adaptability: The ability to quickly adjust to new strategies, tools, and changes in the market is crucial in a fast-paced sales environment. Enterprise Business Development Representatives must be flexible and open to continuous learning.
* Resilience: Lead generation can be challenging. A resilient BDR can maintain a positive attitude and persistently pursue new business opportunities.
* Time Management: Effective time management skills are essential for prioritizing tasks, managing multiple leads simultaneously, and ensuring timely follow-ups
