I'm currently working on behalf of a highly regarded London employment team that is looking to add an Associate with NQ - 8 years' PQE.

NQ-5 Associate

5+ Senior Associate

This is an opportunity to join a market-leading practice acting on a broad mix of contentious and non-contentious employment matters for both employers and senior executives. The team is particularly well known for its work on complex disputes, restrictive covenants, discrimination claims, TUPE, redundancies, corporate transactions, data-related employment issues and high-value exits.

The role offers exposure to:

• Employment Tribunal, High Court and appellate litigation
• Strategic advisory work for businesses and senior individuals
• Cross-disciplinary matters involving incentives, immigration and corporate teams
• Clients across financial services, private capital, media, retail, luxury brands, sport and life sciences
• Significant direct client contact and business development opportunities

The ideal candidate will have:

• Experience in employment law from a reputable practice
• Strong technical grounding across contentious and advisory employment matters
• Excellent drafting and client-facing skills
• Experience managing their own workload and building client relationships
• Ambition to develop their profile within a high-performing, collaborative team
