They're seeking an Employment Associate (2+ PQE) who wants to be at the heart of complex disputes, business‑critical investigations and high‑value litigation, while still enjoying the variety of strategic advisory work and senior executive matters that keep the practice dynamic.

You'll get exposure to:

• High‑value Employment Tribunal and High Court disputes with real strategic impact
• Sensitive investigations and contentious internal matters for regulated clients
• Complex dismissals, grievances and partnership issues
• TUPE and restructuring mandates involving fast‑moving, high‑profile businesses
• Drafting and advisory work for sophisticated employer clients and senior individuals
• Overlapping issues involving SMCR, regulatory pressures and data protection

Requirements:
