Employment Associate (2-5 PQE) - Leading Boutique Firm

A market-leading specialist boutique, consistently recognised for its expertise in partnership law, senior executive representation, complex employment disputes and workplace investigations, is seeking a 1-5 PQE Employment Associate to join its expanding team.

This is an opportunity to work in a practice known for handling technically demanding, high‑risk, and often career‑defining matters for both employers and individuals, including clients ranging from professional services firms, financial institutions, and senior leaders across multiple sectors.

The Role

You'll work on a broad, intellectually challenging caseload, involving:

• Partnership and LLP disputes, including team moves, expulsions and governance issues
• High‑value employment litigation, including discrimination, whistleblowing and breach of contract claims
• Senior executive advisory, including exits, board-level issues and regulatory‑employment crossover work
• Workplace investigations, often involving sensitive conduct, culture or governance concerns
• Strategic employment advice for corporates, professional partnerships and international clients

Requirements

• 1-5 PQE UK Qualified Employment Solicitor, with contentious experience
• Interest in (or exposure to) partnership/LLP disputes, investigations or senior exec work
• Desire to develop a specialist profile in a boutique environment
