About this role
Employment Associate | London
You'll work with a close‑knit team on a genuinely varied mix of matters, including:
- Handling a broad range of contentious matters, including discrimination, whistleblowing, unfair dismissal and breach of contract claims
- Advising on day‑to‑day HR and ER queries, often involving complex or sensitive issues
- Supporting on restructurings, TUPE, senior exits, investigations, and partnership/LLP issues
- Drafting employment contracts, policies, settlement agreements and related documents
- Managing your own matters while collaborating with senior colleagues on larger or more technical disputes
Requirements
- 2-5 years' UK qualified experience in employment law
- Interest in developing expertise in areas such as investigations, partnership/LLP issues, or cross‑border employment (not essential).
