Role

This is the opportunity to join a highly regarded Legal 500 ranked team recognised for their key strengths across employment and adjacent areas and known for delivering commercially led advice to employers across finance, VC, tech and media.

Role

You'll act on high‑stakes, people‑driven issues where employment intersects with finance, tech and corporate activity:

  • Running contentious matters including discrimination, whistleblowing, restrictive covenant disputes, grievances, and tribunal litigation.
  • Advising on TUPE, restructurings, redundancies, executive hires & exits, and negotiation of warranties/indemnities on deals.
  • Providing embedded employment support on transactions, working directly with corporate colleagues and clients at board level.

Requirements

  • 3-6 PQE UK Qualified Employment Lawyer
  • Strong contentious and advisory experience
  • Confidence advising senior stakeholders and working on mixed mandates involving corporate, finance and tech clients
