I'm working exclusively with a highly regarded Law Firm, consistently recognised for its claimant and employee‑focused employment work, with Band 3 rankings in both Chambers and The Legal 500 for Employment.

The Role

The position offers genuine breadth, early responsibility and high‑quality, varied work. You will handle the full spectrum of employment law with a focus on:

• Equality, discrimination and whistleblowing matters
• Employment Tribunal claims from initial strategy to final hearing
• Redundancy exercises and wider restructuring programmes
• Complex and sensitive employment terminations
• TUPE transfers and business reorganisations

You will also be involved in:

• Drafting, reviewing and advising on contracts and employment documentation
• Running matters autonomously from instruction to conclusion
• Delivering clear, commercially focused advice
• Supervising and supporting junior members of the team

Requirements

• Qualified,3+ PQE employment solicitor
• Strong experience in contentious and non‑contentious employment matters
• Confident managing Tribunal litigation and day‑to‑day advisory work
• Comfortable owning files and maintaining client relationships
