The Role

• Advising senior executives and equity holders, particularly within financial services, private equity and hedge funds
• Handling sensitive discrimination, whistleblowing and high-value bonus disputes
• Involvement in Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
• Advising on complex exits with sophisticated contractual and reputation management considerations
• Working on matters with a regulatory or investigations backdrop

Ideal Profile

• An England Qualified 3-6 PQE Senior Executive Solicitor
• Proven technical ability in unfair dismissal, discrimination and other core employment law matters
• Highly polished drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail on complex, high-stakes cases
• Commercially minded, naturally curious and proactive, able to spot risks and opportunities for clients
• Confident client-handling, building strong relationships and trusted advisory rapport
