This is the chance to join a Band 1 Senior Executive practice sitting within a market-leading Employment team, advising some of the most high-profile individuals on some of the most complex, high-stakes and sensitive matters.
The Role
- Advising senior executives and equity holders, particularly within financial services, private equity and hedge funds
- Handling sensitive discrimination, whistleblowing and high-value bonus disputes
- Involvement in Employment Tribunal and High Court litigation
- Advising on complex exits with sophisticated contractual and reputation management considerations
- Working on matters with a regulatory or investigations backdrop
Ideal Profile
- An England Qualified 3-6 PQE Senior Executive Solicitor
- Proven technical ability in unfair dismissal, discrimination and other core employment law matters
- Highly polished drafting and analytical skills, with attention to detail on complex, high-stakes cases
- Commercially minded, naturally curious and proactive, able to spot risks and opportunities for clients
- Confident client-handling, building strong relationships and trusted advisory rapport
