This is an opening within one of the few employment teams in the UK that is known for handling the kind of disputes that end up reshaping industry norms involving cases about gig‑economy status, data‑driven performance management, high‑value team moves, and the boundaries of privacy for senior executives.

The Role
You'll work across the full contentious and advisory spectrum, with real ownership from day one. Expect to handle:

• High‑pressure disputes involving restrictive covenants, confidential information and data misuse
• Complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters
• TUPE, reorganisations, redundancies & senior exits
• Employment elements of corporate and investment‑driven transactions
• Advisory support for fast‑moving HR and board-level issues

There's a particularly strong client base in financial services, luxury, fashion, media, retail, PE/VC and high‑growth founder‑led businesses, alongside regular instructions from senior executives whose matters are profile‑sensitive and strategically delicate.

Requirements

• 2-5 PQE UK Qualified Employment Solictor
• Strong drafting instincts and confidence handling complex fact patterns
• Someone who enjoys being client‑facing rather than "behind the scenes"
• Appetite for building a personal profile and actively support BD
