The Role & Clients

You will advise on the full spectrum of employment law matters, including:

  • Equality, discrimination & whistleblowing
  • Employment Tribunal claims from strategy to final hearing
  • Redundancy and restructuring programmes
  • Complex and sensitive employment terminations
  • TUPE transfers and business reorganisations

You will manage your own matters from start to finish, draft and review employment documentation, and deliver commercially focused advice to clients.

Clients include leading organisations across financial services, healthcare and major commercial sectors, with exposure to both contentious and non‑contentious work.

Requirements

  • Qualified Employment Solicitor, 3+ PQE
  • Strong experience across contentious & non‑contentious matters
  • Confident managing Tribunal claims and day‑to‑day advisory issues
  • Able to take ownership of files and client relationships
  • A collaborative team player comfortable supervising juniors
