Leading International Firm | Mid-Level Associate | London
The Role
You'll join a leading employment team advising on a mix of contentious and non‑contentious matters ranging from:
- Complex discrimination and whistleblowing litigation (often multi‑respondent or reputationally sensitive),
- Large‑scale restructurings and TUPE-heavy transactions,
- Investigations that require a mix of legal analysis and judgement,
- Senior exits where the politics matter as much as the paperwork.
The Client Base
Expect to work with blue‑chip corporates, global brands, government bodies, and industry‑leading organisations. The work is varied, intellectually stimulating, and very often multi‑jurisdictional, giving you visibility on matters that go far beyond the UK market.
Requirements
- 5-6 PQE employment solicitor with demonstrable strength in both contentious and advisory work
- Confident handling tribunal claims, investigations, policy development, and complex ER issues
- Comfortable working with sophisticated clients and managing fast‑paced demands
