About the Role

This position is perfect for an Employment Associate who wants to step away from litigation and tribunal work. Instead, you'll focus on transactional employment matters and contentious advisory work, giving you hands‑on client contact from day one.

You'll advise a broad and exciting client base ranging from fast‑scaling startups to major global brands including Google, Apple, Tesla, Netflix, and many others.

Requirements

• 1-4 PQE in employment law (UK Qualified)
• Strong transactional employment experience (e.g., M&A, reorganisations, due diligence)
• Solid contentious advisory experience
• An interest in the technology and innovation sectors (a bonus, not essential)
