Dispute Resolution Associate Solicitor (2-6 PQE) - London
Join a dynamic, mid-sized London law firm with a thriving Dispute Resolution practice, seeking a talented Associate Solicitor (2-6 PQE) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to handle high-value commercial disputes, with a focus on technology-related claims, in a collaborative, client-centric environment that values initiative and quality.
What You'll Do
Manage a diverse caseload of commercial disputes, including claims involving cryptocurrency recovery, data, intellectual property, hacking (breach of privacy), and fraud.
Prepare legal documents, including pleadings, witness statements, and correspondence.
Maintain regular client communication, providing updates on case progress and strategic advice on resolution options.
Develop and implement dispute resolution strategies through negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation.
Collaborate with directors and senior associates to deliver exceptional client service.
Contribute to business development, including networking events, to grow the firm's dispute resolution practice.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, particularly in technology and cryptoasset sectors.
Assess case merits and determine optimal resolution strategies.
What We're Looking For
Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 2-6 years PQE in dispute resolution.
Experience in cryptocurrency and fraud claims is highly desirable.
Strong technical skills, capable of managing a caseload with minimal supervision.
Client-focused with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Interest in business development and building long-term client relationships.
Ability to handle challenging clients and tight deadlines while maintaining high standards.
Collaborative, calm under pressure, and highly organized with strong attention to detail.
Flexible and adept at managing multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
