An exciting opportunity has arisen for a junior Dispute Resolution Solicitor (0-3 years PQE) to join a growing litigation team at a leading regional firm, based in its newly opened Bournemouth office. This is an ideal role for someone looking to gain broad litigation experience within a respected, dynamic and supportive environment.

The dispute resolution team is highly ranked and advises a wide range of clients including national brands, owner-managed businesses, directors, landlords, tenants, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs.

The Role
You'll be working on a broad spectrum of contentious matters with support from experienced litigators based across multiple offices. Typical work includes:
* Commercial contract disputes
* Debt recovery and enforcement
* Shareholder and director disputes
* Insolvency-related claims
* Property disputes including landlord & tenant issues and boundaries
* Contentious probate
* Injunctions and urgent relief applications
* Mediation and alternative dispute resolution

This is a hands-on role with responsibility from day one and an opportunity to play a part in the continued growth of the firm's Bournemouth presence.

The Ideal Candidate
* Newly qualified or up to 3 years' PQE in dispute resolution/litigation
* Strong academics and a genuine interest in contentious work
* Excellent time management and the ability to prioritise deadlines
* Confident communication skills (both written and verbal)
* IT literate and familiar with legal research tools
* Collaborative team player with a proactive approach
* Ambitious and eager to grow within a progressive team
