Overview

Responsibilities

Manage high-value motor, employer, and public liability claims on behalf of insurer and corporate clients, supporting case strategy and delivering client-focused outcomes.

Collaborate closely with Partners, senior colleagues, insurers, and expert witnesses, contributing to cross-border and high-profile matters.

Draft reports, legal correspondence, and case documents while ensuring compliance with firm and client standards.

Support efficient case management, leveraging technology and process solutions to drive effective outcomes for complex litigation.

Participate in structured mentoring and professional development opportunities to enhance technical expertise and leadership skills.
Requirements

0-2 years' experience in defendant personal injury or catastrophic injury work, with exposure to motor, employer, or public liability claims.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to provide clear, commercially aware legal advice.

Organised, collaborative, and able to manage large, complex cases under guidance from senior lawyers.

Interest in developing a specialist technical reputation in catastrophic injury litigation.

Legal qualification and eligibility to practise in England and Wales.
