Contract Senior Product Owner - Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE

Outside IR35 | Hybrid (1-2 days per week in London)
Initial contract through end of 2026

We're looking for an experienced Senior Product Owner (Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE) to support a major customer transformation programme. This Outside IR35 contract offers long-term delivery work and hybrid working, with 1-2 days per week onsite in London.

You'll lead the product direction for Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, working closely with business stakeholders and delivery partners to implement customer service and sales capabilities as part of a wider CRM and Martech transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and prioritise the Dynamics 365 CE product backlog

• Strong hands-on Dynamics 365 CE (Customer Service & Sales)

• Lead functional decisions using "adopt over customise" principles

• Translate business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria

• Run product demos and manage feedback into development teams

• Act as the bridge between business, technology teams and partners

• Support UAT, quality assurance and GDPR compliance

• Ensure alignment with Adobe CDP and integrated platforms

• Drive reporting and single customer view capabilities

Required Experience

• Proven Product Owner experience on CRM or digital programmes

• CRM data migration / transformation experience

• Agile delivery background

• Knowledge of integrations, APIs and data flows

• Excellent stakeholder management skills

Desirable: Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI)

Working Arrangements

• Outside IR35

• Hybrid: 1-2 days per week onsite in London

• Initial onboarding may require up to 2 days weekly

• Contract expected to run through to end of 2026
