Criminal Defence Solicitor - 2+ PQE

The Role
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced partners and colleagues on a diverse caseload including:

• 
  Serious fraud, bribery and corruption investigations
• 
  Regulatory and disciplinary matters
• 
  Complex criminal litigation, often with an international dimension
• 
  Pre-charge advice and crisis management
• 
  Representation at interviews under caution and in court

Candidate Profile

• 
  Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with at least 2 years' post-qualification experience in criminal defence or regulatory work
• 
  Strong knowledge of criminal procedure and evidence
• 
  Experience handling cases from initial instruction through to trial preparation
• 
  Excellent drafting, client care and advocacy skills
• 
  Ability to manage a busy caseload with autonomy and precision
• 
  Commercial awareness and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
