Court of Protection Lawyer / Fee Earner

Location: Tonbridge
Full Remuneration Package: £40,000-£60,000 (DOE)
Hours: Full-time or part-time considered

A well-regarded firm is seeking a motivated Court of Protection Legal Executive, NQ-1 PQE Solicitor, or experienced unqualified fee earner to join its established and highly respected team in Tonbridge.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid grounding in Private Client or Court of Protection work who is looking to develop within a supportive and friendly environment.

The Role

• Build strong relationships with clients and professional referrers

• Manage client care from instruction through to file closure

• Assist with and handle financial aspects of matters

• Maintain strict confidentiality of client and firm information

• Undertake occasional client visits (driving licence and access to a car required)

About You

• NQ-1 PQE Solicitor, Legal Executive, or experienced unqualified fee earner

• Background in Private Client and/or Court of Protection work

• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

• Highly organised with excellent attention to detail

• Compassionate and client-focused

• Able to manage deadlines and work under pressure

• IT proficient (MS Word, Excel, Outlook, audio typing)
