The Opportunity
A global, award-winning practice with one of the most highly ranked real estate teams in the world is seeking to expand its Corporate Real Estate group. The firm advises leading investors, developers, financial institutions and corporates across some of the most complex and high-value real estate transactions in the market.

They are now looking for a talented 4-6 PQE Corporate Real Estate Associate with strong corporate real estate and/or joint venture experience to join their market?leading London team and contribute to sophisticated, high-profile mandates across the UK and internationally.

The Team and Work
As an Associate within the Corporate Real Estate team, you will:

• Lead on share and asset SPAs within real estate driven transactions.
• Draft and negotiate shareholders agreements, JV documentation and limited partnership agreements.
• Work closely with institutional investors, funds, developers and major corporates.
• Take ownership of real estate components within wider corporate/M&A transactions.
• Collaborate with tax, funds, finance and corporate teams on complex, cross-border matters.
• Support on premium investment, development and joint venture deals while building strong client relationships.

Who We're Looking For
We are seeking candidates who:

• Have 4-6 years PQE with strong experience in corporate real estate.
• Have direct, hands-on experience leading corporate real estate and/or JV work-streams (not solely diligence support).
• Demonstrate excellent technical drafting skills, commercial judgement and problem solving capability.
• Thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with cross-practice teamwork.
• Are motivated to build a long-term career within a truly top-tier real estate platform.
