A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a talented Corporate & Commercial Solicitor (5+ PQE) to join a progressive and expanding law firm. Based from either Hove or Crawley (two of the firm's five offices across the South East), this is a key position within a dynamic team. You will be advising a diverse client base, from ambitious SMEs to established corporates, all within a supportive environment that proudly operates with no time recording requirements.

The Role

As a senior member of the team, your responsibilities will include:

• Advising on a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including M&A, company formations, shareholder agreements, and joint ventures.

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts such as supply, service, and trading agreements.

• Advising on corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

• Providing non-contentious employment and TUPE advice.

• Assisting with sales of SPVs whose principal assets are real estate.

• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development.

• Supervising and supporting junior solicitors and paralegals, where appropriate.

About You

We'd love to hear from you if you are:

• A qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in corporate and commercial law.

• Confident in handling a varied caseload independently.

• Commercially astute, with strong drafting and negotiation skills.

• Skilled at building lasting client relationships.

• Collaborative, proactive, and eager to play a central role in the growth of the practice.
