Conveyancing Solicitor / Fee Earner - Residential Conveyancing
Location: Battle Office (Office-Based)

About the Opportunity:

A well-established law firm in Battle is seeking an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join their friendly and supportive team. This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancer with a solid background in managing residential conveyancing cases independently to step into a role with dedicated administrative support and clear opportunities for career development.

Role Overview:

You will be responsible for managing your own caseload of residential conveyancing matters from inception to completion. Once you are running a full caseload, you will be supported by your own Legal Secretary and Legal Assistant, enabling you to focus on delivering exceptional client service.
Key Requirements:

• Proven experience managing residential conveyancing files independently is essential
• PQE is not mandatory, but candidates must demonstrate the ability to handle cases from start to finish
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage your own caseload effectively

Working Environment:

• Full-time, fully office-based role in the Battle office - hybrid or remote working options are not available
• Join a close-knit team of three other Fee Earners (including one Solicitor)

Remuneration & Benefits:

• Competitive basic salary depending on experience
• Attractive bonus scheme: a percentage of all billing over an agreed benchmark, paid monthly in arrears
