Conveyancing Fee Earner - Southsea

Are you an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor, Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer looking for your next move?

An established law firm in Southsea is looking for a skilled fee earner to join their growing residential property team. If you have at least 2 years' experience managing your own caseload from instruction to completion, this could be the ideal opportunity for you.

What You'll Do:

• Manage a caseload of residential property transactions - including freehold & leasehold sales/purchases, remortgages, shared ownership, and new builds
• Handle files from start to finish - including drafting legal documents, client communication, and post-completion formalities
• Use the firm's case management system to keep everything on track
• Provide clear, practical legal advice and maintain excellent client relationships

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential conveyancing as a fee earner
• Strong knowledge of the conveyancing process and a proven ability to run files independently
• Excellent time management and organisational skills
• A proactive, client-focused approach
