Key Responsibilities:

• Handle a diverse caseload of privately funded family law matters, including divorce, financial remedy, child arrangements, and cohabitation disputes.
• Offer high-quality legal advice and representation to clients with empathy, professionalism, and discretion.
• Build and manage your own client portfolio with full control over your workload and schedule.
• Maintain compliance with all SRA regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborate with the wider team when needed, benefiting from administrative and marketing support.

Requirements:

• Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive (CILEx) with a minimum of 5 years PQE in family law.
• A strong background in private family law, with a proven ability to manage complex cases independently.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-care skills.
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, and comfortable working on a consultancy basis.
• A portable client following or a robust strategy for client generation is advantageous.
